1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quant Logiq ("Platform", "we", "us"), accessible at https://quantlogiq.in/, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. For queries, contact admin@quantlogiq.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be minors.

3. Not Investment Advice

All NAV data, stock price data, historical performance charts, fund and stock comparisons, Point & Figure charts, articles, and market commentary published on Quant Logiq are strictly informational. Past performance of any mutual fund scheme or stock is not indicative of future returns. Market investments are subject to market risk. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

Quant Logiq does not hold a SEBI Investment Adviser licence, SEBI Research Analyst registration, or any other regulatory licence that would permit the giving of personalised investment advice.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • One person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
  • You may not share your account with or transfer it to another person.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to:

  • Browse, search, and analyse publicly available mutual fund NAV data.
  • Browse, search, and analyse NSE/BSE stock price data.
  • Use charting and comparison tools for personal research on funds and stocks.
  • Save schemes and stocks to your personal watchlist.
  • Read articles and market insights for educational purposes.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially resell any data or content from the Platform without written permission.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Platform data using automated tools.
  • Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or security measures.
  • Use the Platform to spread misinformation, spam, or fraudulent content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
  • Use the Platform in violation of any applicable Indian law, including but not limited to the IT Act 2000, SEBI Act 1992, and Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002.

7. Data Accuracy & Financial Data

NAV data is sourced from AMFI through third-party feeds (mfapi.in) and updated daily. Stock price data is sourced from publicly available market data feeds and updated regularly. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Quant Logiq makes no guarantee regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed. Do not rely solely on this Platform's data for actual investment decisions — always verify with the official fund house or AMFI website (amfiindia.com).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and articles written by Quant Logiq — is the intellectual property of Quant Logiq and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable Indian IP law. NAV data itself is publicly available from AMFI and is not owned by us.

You may share links to Platform content and quote brief excerpts with attribution, but may not copy entire articles or data sets for republication without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quant Logiq, its founders, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from: (a) use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) investment decisions made based on Platform content; (c) errors or delays in NAV data; (d) loss of data or account access. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Links & Data Sources

The Platform may link to external websites (AMFI, fund house sites, news sources). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party websites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.

11. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from unavailability of the Platform.

12. Modifications to the Platform & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We may update these Terms periodically — the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — contact us first at admin@quantlogiq.in before initiating legal proceedings.
